    The best Venezuelan food truck in all of Austin! The lady is super sweet and makes your food with love.  
    I'm not big on meat but her chicken avocado arepas are amazing. However, my favorite is the cheese, avocado, with sweet plantains. It's literally the best food I've had in Austin. Also, if you're already there, try out some tequeños with the avocado sauce (I believe that's what it is). They're SO good!

    The food was absolutely delicious. The plantains were the best I've ever had, they were made fresh and crisp on the outside and so soft and perfectly sweet on the inside. The arepas with black beans and plantains on top, the masa was cooked to perfection. She makes the mango juice fresh and it was great, you can tell she uses fresh mango and it was heaven. 10/10 would recommend eating here. Very reasonable prices.

    My fiance and I are head over heals obsessed with Budares, we come here at least once a month, sometimes even more frequently than that. I am from Venezuela and Budare's cooking reminds me of the food my grandma and mom would make. Plus the owner is so so so friendly and is always chatting up a conversation with us. Budares has gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options as well! HIGHLY recommend!!

    We had the Cachapa with queso and avocado topped with plantains and could not stop eating it! We had bought this as a little treat after our normal dinner but ended up eating it all right away! Can't wait to go back and try the others!

    I've never had Venezuelan food, but my company catered this today and it was perfect for an allergy friendly, delicious, filling meal. I'm a huge fan of plantain chips and the fried plantains even taste like a dessert. We had make your own pulled chicken bowls. I'm going back on personal time to try something else now!!
